ABOUT US

It is hard to believe that Hobley’s Heroes is now in its fifteen year. Our aim and raison d'être, is to document the life and times of the hundreds of archaeologists and volunteers who worked for the Department of Urban Archaeology (DUA), gathering together the photos and memorabilia that document their lives working on excavations in the City of London 1973-1991.
